As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and provide outstanding customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.44 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur11:00 PM - 07:00 AMFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and drivers at a food and beverage production location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. • Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements. • Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, parking areas, access points, perimeter locations, and exterior grounds to help identify and report unusual conditions. • Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, maintain required logs, and help support controlled entry and exit procedures. • Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures. Minimum Requirements: • Access control and badge experience is preferred. • Customer service experience is preferred. • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
