As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and deliveries. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and report observations while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven culture. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.39 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and/or potential hazards. • Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, directing visitors and delivery personnel, and maintaining required visitor and vehicle records. • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations according to site procedures. • Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation while communicating professionally with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
