Interventional Radiology Technologist Job Description We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a dedication to providing exceptional patient care. Unit Information • Number of Beds: 2 IR suites • Number of Staff: 4 IR Nurses, 4 IR Technologists • Patient Ratios: Average of 10 patients per room • Type of Equipment: Philips biplane, Toshiba single plane Responsibilities The Interventional Radiology Technologist will be responsible for performing a variety of procedures, including but not limited to: • PICC line placement • Paracentesis • Thoracentesis • Kyphoplasty • Port placement • Ablations • ESI • EKOS for PE • Trevo for Stroke Qualifications • Required Certifications: ARRT, New Hampshire License • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Interventional Radiology or Cath Lab • Preferred Experience: IR Neuro experience is a plus Personal Attributes The successful candidate will demonstrate the following qualities: • Hardworking • Team player Work Schedule This position involves a day shift from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with on-call responsibilities every 3rd to 4th weekend and one weeknight.
