Beginning pay is $18-20/hr with bonus opportunities. This position will handle customer contact through incoming calls and involves helping our customers with scheduling appointments, getting technicians to resolve their home service concerns, and answering customer questions about their home warranty or home contracts. This position will also be responsible for outbound calls to customers about products, promotions, and scheduling service calls. Minimum two years of call center experience is required. Meeting and exceeding customer expectations with a positive attitude and sunny disposition required. A hybrid-remote work schedule is available after the training period is complete.
