Key Responsibilities • Design and deliver training programs for teachers, HMs, and government stakeholders • Develop and improve training modules and learning materials • Conduct training sessions and classroom observations • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness • Manage project budgets and financial reporting • Coordinate with stakeholders for successful implementation Required Skills • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of educational methodologies and technology integration • MS Excel and MIS reporting • Ability to work independently and take ownership Additional Requirements • Fluency in the local language • Ability to drive a two-wheeler • Willingness to travel across project locations • Preferred age: 30+ years
