GCBHS is seeking a highly creative and innovative individual for a part-time (20 hours per week) Social Media - HR Co-op position. The ideal candidate would join our mission to help individuals with mental illness and addictions lead healthy and productive lives. This is a hybrid position, primarily remote with occasional onsite responsibilities at our Cincinnati office location. This role is ideal for college students pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Marketing, with a strong interest in Human Resources. Requirements for Social Media HR Co-op: • Actively pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field. • Experience with social media strategy and content management. • Proficiency in digital media tools, illustrations, and video editing. • Strong interpersonal skills and a people-oriented mindset. • A strong interest in Human Resources is preferred but not required. • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
