Role: Officer/Senior Officer/Loan Manager/Senior Loan Manager/Cluster Manager – Gold Loan Prime ROLE SUMMARY The Loan Manager – Gold Loan Prime is responsible for driving the day-to-day business for Muthoot FinCorp. The Loan Manager will be responsible for Gold Loan business at multiple locations. This includes coordinating with business teams and customers from the field. The role involves monitoring leads, implementing business strategies and execution of priority loans. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Generate Gold Loan leads from open market for specified location/city • Average monthly target of 50 lakhs • Meeting customers Business Development / Sales • Conduct marketing campaigns • Manage balance transfer • Drive cross-selling of Other Fee Revenue Products to eligible customers • Source and facilitate Business Loans by identifying customer needs and generating qualified leads • Ensure no deviation in process and policies • Processing loans • Gold Appraisal and Complete release process to customers sOperations • Monitor day-to-day operations of team • Ensure KYC and other guidelines are followed • Travel to branches • Purity Index of the gold to be maintained as per the SOPS/AUDIT requirement KEY CHALLENGES • Dependency of data from field KEY DECISIONS TAKEN • Decisions related to sales and operations KEY INTERACTIONS Internal Stakeholders External Stakeholders • Branch Manager, • Sales Team • Operations Team • Data Team • Vendors • Existing and prospective customers Classification: Public KEY ROLE DIMENSIONS • Manage the Gold Loan business across assigned geographies, with accountability for business growth, portfolio quality and customer acquisition • Achieve the assigned monthly Gold Loan business target, including the average monthly target of ?50 lakh, as applicable to the role and geography • Drive cross-selling and fee revenue generation through Fee-Based Products among eligible customers • Source qualified Business Loan leads and coordinates with product, credit and processing teams to support conversion and disbursement • Manage end-to-end customer engagement, gold appraisal, loan processing, disbursement support and release of pledged gold • Ensure adherence to KYC, SOP, audit, gold purity, risk and regulatory requirements with minimum process deviations EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Minimum Qualification: Any Graduation Nature of Experience: • Minimum of 1-10 years’ experience in gold loan sales • Preferably from Gold Loan background • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Classification: Public
