What You’ll Be Doing This is a hands-on role in our Weld Department where no two days feel exactly the same: • Grind, prep, and finish metal parts to meet quality standards • Inspect materials, in-process work, and finished products • Read prints and follow procedures to get the job done right • Operate hoists, cranes, and shop equipment safely • Use measuring tools to make sure everything is within spec • Help identify and prevent quality issues before they become problems • Work side-by-side with a team focused on productivity and efficiency (You’re not just “general labor”—you’re a key part of making sure our products leave here right the first time.)
