Job Description • Setting up Stakeouts for the Survey Crew • Creating Stakeout Topographic, boundary, and ALTA surveys from field notes • Proficient in AutoCAD by Autodesk and 3D, 2015 or greater • Writing of metes and bounds descriptions • Property and deed research • Preparation of cut sheets • Setting up field crew with all information of the proposed site. Essential Skills • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the survey industry. • Strong expertise in AutoCAD by Autodesk and Civil 3D, version 2015 or later. • Hands-on experience with construction stakeout for survey projects. • Ability to create boundary and ALTA survey drawings from field notes. • Proficiency in writing metes and bounds descriptions. • Ability to perform property and deed research to support survey work. • Competence in preparing cut sheets and related construction documentation. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Freehold, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $43.26 - $57.69/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
