Responsibilities Include: Perform maintenance and repairs according to dealership and manufacturer standards Diagnose vehicle concerns using diagnostic equipment and special service tools Test-drive vehicles to diagnose concerns and verify completed repairs Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brake systems, HVAC systems, and electrical components Communicate repair recommendations and additional service needs with Service Advisors Provide accurate timelines for repairs and recommended services Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications Coordinate with the Parts Department to obtain necessary parts Accurately document diagnostics, repairs, and completed work Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications Required Valid Driver's License 3-5+ years of Automotive Technician experience Strong diagnostic and repair abilities Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable attitude Preferred Manufacturer certifications ASE certifications Previous dealership experience Luxury brand experience Dealership experience is not required. Technicians from independent repair facilities, aftermarket shops, and all vehicle brands are encouraged to apply.
