The selected candidate will support learning initiatives, employee development programs, training coordination, and competency-building activities across the organization. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or MBA-HR candidates who possess excellent communication skills, strong comprehension abilities, and a passion for learning and people development. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate internal and external training programs. • Assist in preparing training calendars and learning schedules. • Track employee participation and training effectiveness. • Maintain training records and learning databases. • Support competency mapping and skill development initiatives. • Coordinate induction and onboarding learning activities. • Prepare presentations, reports, and learning communication materials. • Assist in administering training feedback surveys. • Support LMS (Learning Management System) administration, if applicable. • Coordinate with employees, managers, and training partners for learning interventions. • Help organize employee engagement and learning events.
