What you´ll do Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand market share. Identify and acquire new customers while strengthening relationships with existing accounts. Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline through customer visits and market prospecting. Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts. Act as the primary customer contact, resolving commercial, quality, and delivery-related issues. Collaborate with production, logistics, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery. Prepare sales forecasts, demand plans, market intelligence reports, and support profitability and payment management.
