Be the Best Branch Manager You Can Be If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you: • High School Diploma/GED • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Two years of branch or department supervisory experience required • Two or more years in Process, Team Management, and Client Facing experience. • One or more years of Business Development and Reporting experience preferred • Home Care or Staffing Experience preferred • Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred Key Responsibilities: As a Branch Manager, you will: • Provide strategic and operational leadership for the branch. • Drive business development and ensure sales, service, and operational goals align with company objectives. • Lead day-to-day branch operations, including recruiting, hiring, staffing, scheduling, payroll, billing, compliance, and HR processes. • Build and maintain a high-quality Care Partner workforce. • Ensure exceptional service for clients and referral sources, serving as a client advocate when needed. • Communicate process updates and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. • Maintain full P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, expense management, accounts receivable/payable oversight, and budget performance. • Foster strong client and referral relationships while maintaining high standards of care and service.
