The Janitor/Porter will be working directly under the ( Riverwalk Heights 430 Main Street ). Qualifications • 1-2 years prior janitor, cleaner, or porter experience • Must be reliable and have experience working with cleaning chemicals • Must be a team player and be able to work with little supervision • Excellent time management skills and work ethic needed • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be able to stand for an 8 hour shift • Light maintenance knowledge is a plus *You may be required to be on call as needed. #RMC Overview Related Management Company (RMC) is the leading innovator in managing real estate as an owner/operator.
