Commercial Banking Associate/Assistant | San Diego County A growing regional bank in San Diego County is seeking a detail-oriented banking professional to support a team of Relationship Managers and serve as a key point of contact for commercial banking clients. This role combines client service, account administration, treasury management support, loan documentation, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, supporting both customers and internal banking teams while helping ensure a high level of service and responsiveness. Responsibilities include opening new accounts and account maintenance, client onboarding, coordinating with back-office teams, client issue resolution, treasury management setups, loan documentation preparation, wire requests, customer service requests, relationship manager support, compliance documentation, and general office administration. This individual will play an important role in maintaining client relationships and coordinating with multiple departments throughout the bank. Strong client service mindset, organizational skills, attention to detail, technical banking operations knowledge, and experience supporting commercial banking clients are highly preferred. This is an on-site opportunity offering exposure to commercial banking, treasury management, lending, and relationship management within a collaborative community banking environment. Target compensation: $60,000 – $80,000+ base salary, depending on experience.
