Responsibilities include: • Full-spectrum outpatient family medicine • Comprehensive history, examination, diagnosis, and treatment • Coordination of specialty referrals when appropriate • Collaboration with advanced practice providers and care team members • Participation in quality improvement and peer review activities • Shared call responsibilities with provider colleagues • Electronic health record documentation • Occasional community-based clinics and outreach activities • Nursing facility visits as needed The organization values professionalism, cultural humility, respectful communication, and team collaboration.
