Role Summary: The Civil Engineer will need to be ready to hit the ground running and jump into the role as they are looking for someone who doesn`t need a lot of training. Key Responsibilities and Duties: • Analyze site data (surveys, soil tests) to develop project plans and detailed blueprints for structures, transportation, and water systems • Estimate costs, manage budgets, schedule resources, and oversee construction to ensure projects stay on track and within budget • Ensure projects meet local, state, and federal regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols • Conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress, and provide technical guidance to teams Qualifications and Requirements: • 1-2 years of civil engineer experience is preferred • 4 year degree in a related field • Needs to have passed the FE Exam Legal & EEO Language: Tiello LLC is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
