Job Description – Senior Quantity Surveyor Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor Experience: 10+ Years Location: Project Site Key Responsibilities • Prepare and verify BOQs, quantity estimates, and cost estimates for highway projects. • Review and certify contractor RA bills, final bills, and quantity measurements. • Monitor project costs, budgets, variations, and claims. • Manage contract administration, change orders, and payment certifications. • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives on commercial matters. • Prepare monthly cost reports, progress reports, and project cash flow statements. • Ensure compliance with contract conditions, specifications, and project procedures. Qualification • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. Experience • Minimum 10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Billing, Cost Control, and Contract Management for National Highways, Expressways, Road, or Bridge Projects. • Experience in handling EPC, HAM, or Item Rate Contracts is preferred.
