Summary: A Vehicle Delivery Specialist, under the guidance of the New Vehicle Sales managers, will support the sales consultants in coordinating and completing vehicle deliveries. The primary objective of this role is to ensure customers begin their ownership experience with a full understanding of their vehicle’s features, technology, and operation. The Sales Delivery Specialist role is designed as a development step towards becoming a Sales Consultant, this is not a permanent role. Individuals in this position are expected to build product knowledge, customer engagement skills, and sales fundamentals in preparation for advancement into a commissioned Sales Consultant role.
