Job Responsibilities for Direct Support Professional / DSP / Caregiver: • You will provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming) • You will accompany clients on errands and appointments • You will spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities • You will assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation • You will participate in community integration activities Qualifications for Direct Support Professional / DSP / Caregiver: • One year experience working with I/DD individuals; If you do not have this experience, training may be available through our apprentice program • High school diploma or equivalent • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation with the ability to transport clients to and from appointments, errands or outings • Experience as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), Behavioral Technician (BT), Paraprofessional or Teacher/ Teaching Assistant is highly preferred but not required Scholarships and Developmental opportunities available!
