Determine hospice eligibility and pain and symptom management. Participate in the care of the hospice patient as a member of the interdisciplinary team Qualifications Education and experience, essential • Must be a graduate of an approved school, and licensed as a nurse practitioner (NP) in the state in which they currently practice. • Must have demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements, including Medicare conditions of participation. • Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device. Education and experience, preferred • At least five years nursing experience with a minimum of one year in hospice preferred. • At least three years of clinical registered NP experience preferred.
