Minimum Age: 14 Background Check Required: No Driver Verification Required: No Position Summary: Responsible for cleaning and preparing lodge rooms and condo units for occupancy in a manner that ensures guests clean, attractive and secure accommodations. Attention to detail is very important. Must be willing to work most weekends and holidays. Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities: • Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance, adhering to Schweitzer's dress code • Clean and prepare accommodations for occupancy through proper application of company specified cleaning procedures • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and linen closets with products in required quantities to satisfactorily clean assigned rooms • Complete the Housekeeping Room Assignment, correctly identifying the status of each assigned room and reporting any maintenance problems or product shortage • Maintain security for guests and lodge/condo units by keeping all doors locked at all times Specific Job Skills: License/Certifications- None Technical- None Physical Capabilities- Able to walk/stand for up to 8 hours per shift. Able to lift up to 35 lbs Additional- Will be expected to work around cleaning chemicals. Education/Related Experience: Minimum education required- Read, write and communicate in English. Minimum time in related position- Previous experience is preferred
