Welcomes guests, seat them at tables or lounge and help to ensure quality and service courteously greet all guests and perform cashier transactions accurately and according to the Company policy. • Settle all customer checks in the system accurately • Properly complete all cash or credit transactions as necessary • Ensure an excellent customer service atmosphere for all guests • Assist other staff as necessary to ensure pleasant guest experience • Provide all guests with a copy of their receipt • Perform necessary side work and maintain a clean and orderly workspace • Follow departmental rules to ensure safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction • Always thank guests for their patronage and invite them back • Ensure bank is returned to the Cage • Understand and utilize Infogenesis system • Exemplify our core values, family style service, our mission and vision • Exemplify our DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culture • Performs other job-related duties as assigned • Ability to smile, make eye contact, and communicate easily with the public • Ability to clearly communicate verbally and by telephone • Positive attitude and ability to be courteous during demanding times • Ability to communicate in a courteous manner by telephone • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff • The ability to read, write and speak the English language • High School diploma or equivalent ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Work is performed in an area which may be unusually noisy and crowded • Mobility to include bending, reaching, prolonged standing and walking, accessing, and lifting items from floor level to six feet high • Normal sense of smell, touch, sound and vision range • Eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity as well as the ability to distinguish letters, symbols and currency • Work area is subject to variable temperatures • May be subject to smoking environment and moderate noise GUEST SERVICE (INTERNAL/EXTERNAL) STANDARDS: Employee is required to meet and deliver our core values, service standards, and family style service.
