Reporting and analytics • Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline, forecast, bookings, conversion and rep performance, with metrics defined consistently across product lines. • Prepare analysis for forecast calls, QBRs and leadership reviews. Marketing automation integration • Maintain the integration between Salesforce and [HubSpot / Marketo / Account Engagement], including lead routing, scoring and campaign tracking. • Report on marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue. The ideal candidate will have Required • 3–5 years in sales, revenue or commercial operations, with hands-on Salesforce administration. • Solid Salesforce configuration skills: Flows, record types, validation rules, permissions, reports and dashboards. • Experience with a marketing automation platform connected to Salesforce. • Strong analytical skills and comfort turning data into clear takeaways for leaders. • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across sales, marketing and finance.
