This role assists guests with luggage, maintains the cleanliness and safety of the shuttle vehicle, and helps create a positive guest experience from arrival to departure. Essential Responsibilities • Safely transport guests to and from the hotel and designated locations. • Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude and provide exceptional customer service. • Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings during arrival and departure. • Operate the hotel shuttle in compliance with all local, state, and federal traffic laws. • Perform daily vehicle inspections and complete required safety checklists. • Keep the shuttle clean, fueled, and presentation-ready at all times. • Monitor vehicle condition and promptly report maintenance needs or mechanical concerns. • Maintain accurate transportation and vehicle logs as required. • Provide guests with information about the hotel and local area when appropriate. • Assist with other hotel duties as needed to support daily operations. • Perform all other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For • One (1) year of professional driving experience preferred. • Must be at least 21 years of age. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Ability to safely operate a passenger shuttle or similar vehicle. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Ability to assist guests with luggage, including lifting up to 50 pounds. • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
