Key Responsibilities • Lead and supervise daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets • Coordinate staffing, production schedules, and workflow to maximize efficiency • Train, coach, and develop production employees for growth and success • Partner with Engineering to support new product launches and process improvements • Monitor productivity, scrap, rework, and safety performance while implementing improvement plans • Assign work orders and ensure proper staffing and equipment utilization • Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements and company operating systems • Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Qualifications • Associate degree or equivalent technical training preferred • Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience in a fabricated metals environment preferred • At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred • Knowledge of blueprint reading, SPC, lean manufacturing principles, and employee relations • Tier One automotive supplier experience preferred • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Valid driver's license required What We're Looking For A motivated and results-driven leader who excels at managing teams, improving performance, and maintaining a safe, productive manufacturing environment.
