Core Responsibilities • Works with service PMs, outbound PMs, SAs, and other outbound functions to identify, analyze, and prioritize customer requirements and create necessary product documents • Combines customer evidence, technical investigation, and product data to resolve issues and make informed tradeoffs. • Independently manages scope, roadmap, priorities, milestones, and dependencies. Communicates delivery risks and recommends adjustments. • Builds alignment across product, engineering, design, support, and field teams to deliver shared customer outcomes. • Develops expertise in cloud platforms, DevOps, Kubernetes, and product management, sharing knowledge with team members. • Improves customer workflows, development automation, and operational practices based on observed results. Required Qualifications • 3+ years developing, releasing, and supporting production software, with experience in distributed systems or cloud infrastructure. • Strong programming skills in Java or Go, with experience using Python for automation. • Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and reliable service design. • Ability to translate customer needs into requirements, prioritize work, and evaluate delivered outcomes. • A degree in computer science or a closely related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Preferred Qualifications One or more of the following: • Experience working with containers, Kubernetes, container networking, or infrastructure serving multiple tenants, ideally in a PaaS context. • Experience defining and shipping cloud application management tools that unify resource inventory, deployment context, operational health, cost, and security into a single application view. • Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, developer tools, customer discovery, or product adoption measurement.
