Position Details Provide quality, youth centered care that facilitate a safe and successful trajectory for youth/young adults ages who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness. Services are provided in a short-term shelter setting and include crisis intervention, screening, assessment, counseling and case management. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma informed care, hope and evidence-based research. Position Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Social work or related field. • Proven experience working with children & family diverse populations required. • Valid Drivers license and clean driving record required. • Flexible Availability • Ability to work on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts as scheduled Compensation Information • 3rd Shift and Weekend shift hours will be paid a $1.00 per hour premium above the regular hourly wage.
