Schedule: Full Time | Monday - Friday | 8am - 4:30pm
Pay Range: $110,000 - $120,000 (salaried exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location
Why You’ll Love Working at Vivie
• Competitive pay with employer-matched retirement and pay-on-demand
• Comprehensive health and wellbeing benefits
• Generous PTO and paid holidays
• Career growth with scholarships, training, and professional development
• Work-life benefits and modern technology that make your day easier
As a Senior Business Analyst, you lead business analysis, workflow design, requirements development, operational improvement, and project execution for complex strategic, operational, technology, AI, automation, and innovation initiatives across Vivie. Serving as a key connection between business operations and technology, this role helps teams clearly define challenges, identify root causes, design future-state solutions, and translate business needs into actionable requirements. Through strong analysis, facilitation, and project leadership, the Senior Business Analyst independently moves complex initiatives from discovery through implementation and adoption while creating clarity, accountability, and measurable business value.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:
• Business Analysis & Solution Design – Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and solution definition for complex enterprise initiatives. Translate business needs into clear operational, workflow, functional, data, technology, and implementation requirements while identifying root causes, challenging assumptions, and evaluating options, risks, dependencies, tradeoffs, and organizational impacts.
• Design & Improve Enterprise Workflows – Lead current-state and future-state workflow design across teams, systems, and functions. Connect people, processes, technology, and data to simplify and standardize work, reduce friction, eliminate unnecessary steps, and identify opportunities for automation while designing better experiences for team members, customers, and operational partners.
• Lead Projects from Discovery Through Implementation – Manage projects and significant workstreams by establishing scope, milestones, deliverables, ownership, dependencies, risks, and key decisions. Drive accountability and cross-functional coordination, proactively address barriers and competing priorities, and ensure solutions successfully transition from design into implementation, adoption, and sustainable operational ownership.
• Enable Technology, AI & Automation Solutions – Partner with IT, Data, AI, Strategic Execution, operational leaders, and vendors to identify and implement technology-enabled solutions. Translate operational needs into technical requirements, evaluate integrations and user experience, and support solution selection, testing, implementation readiness, adoption, and optimization while ensuring technology simplifies work rather than adding unnecessary complexity.
• Facilitate Alignment & Operational Readiness – Bring operational, technical, data, financial, and strategic perspectives together to move teams from ambiguity to clear decisions and action. Identify gaps in requirements, processes, and ownership early while assessing readiness across people, processes, technology, data, training, communication, and ongoing support.
• Measure Outcomes & Drive Continuous Improvement – Define expected outcomes, KPIs, reporting needs, and measures of success as part of solution design. Partner with operational and data teams to evaluate whether initiatives deliver intended operational, customer, team member, financial, productivity, and strategic outcomes and identify opportunities for continued optimization.
• Other Duties as Assigned – The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.
This job also requires:
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, leadership, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, project management, process improvement, technology implementation, operational transformation, or a related field.
• Strong project management experience with the ability to lead projects and significant workstreams from discovery through implementation.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business, functional, workflow, data, technology and implementation requirements.
• Exceptional facilitation, critical thinking, problem solving, communication, and documentation skills with the ability to translate complex information for both operational and technical audiences.
• Healthcare, senior living, service-based, or multi-site organizational experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on measurable outcomes, operational sustainability, and creating meaningful organizational value.
• Ability to pass state mandated background checks.
• Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with team members, residents, and community partners.
