About the role: Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking an Engineer 3 to support the ongoing maintenance and smooth operation of the property while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and guest experience. This role plays a key part in maintaining building systems, responding to guest and operational needs, and supporting the overall functionality of the hotel. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and takes pride in delivering prompt, professional service in a fast-paced environment. What you will do: • Handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and update appropriate logs. • Handle all repairs of equipment including motors, starters, breakers, chillers and associated equipment throughout the entire building. • Respond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public area in a timely manner. • Respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, etc. • Clean all stations in Engineering, grease traps, plumbing stoppages and maintain an organized department and hotel.
