This role is built for someone who understands materials coordination, scheduling, job flow, and the operational heartbeat behind successful roofing projects. What You’ll Do • Support multiple production managers and active jobs at once • Coordinate materials, suppliers, deliveries, and job readiness • Manage job flow from assignment → build → final completion • Maintain correct documentation, photos, permits, and warranties • Communicate professionally with homeowners, crews, and vendors • Assist with scheduling builds, inspections, and follow‑up work • Update CRM systems and job files in real time • Troubleshoot job issues quickly and escalate when needed This is a role where your speed, accuracy, and problem‑solving directly impact project success.
