About the Role
As Founding GTM Lead, you will build and run the go-to-market motion for an early-stage legal technology company. You will turn initial demand into a repeatable revenue engine, owning the systems, positioning, and execution from first touch through customer expansion.
What You'll Do
•
Own the go-to-market funnel from pipeline generation through customer expansion and retention.
•
Run rapid experiments across channels, measure results, and scale effective approaches.
•
Build qualified pipeline through inbound and outbound programs.
•
Create and distribute content across professional and social platforms, blogs, and other channels.
•
Develop partnerships with vendors, startups, and community organizations.
•
Plan events, dinners, conferences, and other activities that build awareness and relationships.
•
Design client and partner gifting programs that support loyalty and referrals.
•
Define positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, and sales collateral.
•
Build the go-to-market technology stack, including CRM, sequencing, enrichment, and automation tools.
•
Use customer and performance data to develop repeatable playbooks.
What We're Looking For
•
At least 4 years at a high-growth startup as a founder or in a leadership role across go-to-market, growth, or sales.
•
A track record of measurable results in pipeline generation, conversion, and revenue.
•
A systems-oriented approach, with the ability to build repeatable motions rather than one-off campaigns.
•
Comfort building from zero, testing ideas, and iterating quickly.
•
Strong organizational discipline, process rigor, resilience, and execution skills.
•
Engineering background or significant competitive achievement is a plus.
•
Willingness to work intensively, including weekends and extended hours.
