Availability: Position requires availability for 1st and 2nd shift. • Have experience in event planning • Have strong organizational skills • Have strong computer skills • Ability to communicate with a cell phone • Thrive in a fast-paced environment • Deliver outstanding customer service • Enjoy training staff • Have the ability to stay calm under pressure Key Responsibilities: • Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences. • Create detailed event proposals. • Supervise and participate in the setup, service, and breakdown of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly. • Manage, lead, and motivate staff. • Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during events or reservations. • Provide customer service to campground guests. • Ensure events and park follow all health and safety regulations. • Manage campground staff and park operations. Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED. • Valid Ohio driver’s license and ability to meet driving standards. • Pass pre-employment background check and drug test, including THC • Knowledge of bartending and liquor laws. • ServSafe Manager Certification. (May be obtained after employment.)
