Equivalent professional experience may be substituted in lieu of education. • Proven experience in web application development, particularly with Mendix. • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and creative thinking for complex challenges. • Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments independently or in a team environment with the ability to work extended hours as required. • Must have experience organizing, planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating work assignments to meet project milestones or established completion dates. • Must possess the ability to understand new concepts quickly and apply them in an evolving environment while contributing to the development of new processes. • Keen attention to detail with a focus on delivering fully functional and high-quality solutions. • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. • A strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and accountability.
