Position Perks • Consistent Static Schedule with guaranteed full-time • Work-life balance with only 15 workdays a month • Defined career progression from day 1 • Dedicated training program builds your skills fast • 8 hours of overtime built into every standard schedule • Additional $2.50/hr night shift differential Why Be a CNG Owner • Employee Ownership – Become a company owner day one! • Wages ranging from $23.00/hr., with potential first year earnings up to $55,016 • Quarterly bonuses on top of your base pay • Referral Bonus Program • Full medical, dental, and vision insurance from day one • 401(k) with company match • Paid vacation, and holiday pay • Tuition reimbursement • Employee engagement initiatives and community events • Career advancement across 18+ facilities • Certified™ as a 2026 Great Place to Work®, based entirely on employee feedback Position Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:00pm Position Duties • What You'll Do • Transporting Product: Safely drive CNG trucks and trailers to various warehouse locations throughout the Ohio Region, ensuring timely delivery and pick-up of products. • Local Shuttling: Transport product to and from production warehouses, following designated routes and schedules. • Pre- and Post-Trip Inspections: Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections of all vehicles and trailers using Geotab to ensure equipment is in proper working condition. • Equipment Maintenance: Communicate any necessary repairs to the Fleet Manager to ensure equipment compliance with company standards, food safety requirements, and applicable laws. • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all AIB, BRC Standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain a safe work environment. • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a current knowledge of and comply with CDL, DOT, and all company/plant-specific safety and operational standards. • Training: Complete monthly CNG cornerstone training to stay updated on safety and operational procedures. Position Qualifications • Current and Valid Class A License & Medical Card • Pass all DOT requirements to drive and pass CNG road test • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 55 pounds • Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude • Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening CNG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
