We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, is comfortable with a variety of dental procedures, and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care. What You'll Do • Assist the dentist with a variety of general and restorative dental procedures. • Perform expanded functions within Florida's permitted scope of practice. • Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures. • Use Dentrix for patient charting, treatment documentation, and clinical workflows. • Educate patients on procedures, treatment plans, and post-operative care. • Maintain an organized, efficient clinical environment. • Work closely with the dentist and team to keep the schedule running smoothly and support office production goals. What We're Looking For • Extensive dental assisting experience required, preferably in a fast-paced general dentistry practice. • Strong Dentrix experience required. • Florida-recognized expanded functions training and credentials appropriate to the duties performed. • Strong clinical skills and confidence assisting with restorative procedures. • Ability to work independently, anticipate the dentist's needs, and stay organized. • Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset. • A dependable, positive team player who takes ownership of their role. • Implant dentistry experience is a plus!
