Job Summary The Kids Nursery Associate provides childcare for parents attending group meetings or services. Position-Specific • Provide safety and supervision of children. • Plan & participate with children in age-appropriate activities & lessons. • Thoroughly read and understand the staff manual and covenant and adhere to all Kids Team policies and procedures. • Ability to work with different volunteer and staff personalities in a classroom setting. • Lead music worship time either in a large group setting or individual classrooms. • Communicate regularly with the parents, co-workers, and coordinators in a positive way. • Keep CPR and Safe Gatherings Certifications up to date. • Other duties as assigned.
