Description Calling Qualified and Driven Lead HVAC Installers! If this is you Walker wants to connect! Walker Plumbing Heating & Air is hiring a Lead HVAC Installer. This is a leadership role for a technician with extensive experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to doing things right the first time. You will: Lead installation of all types of residential HVAC systems including but not limited to ductwork, furnaces, condensers, and thermostats. • Supervise and mentor apprentices and install team members. • Coordinate jobsite logistics, timelines, and material needs. • Communicate with customers and ensure satisfaction upon job completion. • Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites. • Ensure all work meets code and company quality standards.
