The Clinical Nurse plans, implements, and evaluates patient-centered care, safeguards patient rights, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal clinical outcomes. Practice is aligned with organizational values, quality improvement principles, and regulatory requirements. • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing • Licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida • Critical care experience preferred
