Key Responsibilities • Conduct market research to identify potential enterprise clients and business opportunities. • Generate, qualify, and develop leads from target organizations. • Build and maintain relationships with HR professionals and senior decision-makers. • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable EAP solutions. • Prepare and present business proposals and client presentations. • Negotiate commercial terms and manage contract closures. • Maintain sales pipelines and client information using CRM tools. • Coordinate with internal teams for effective service delivery. • Participate in industry events and networking activities. • Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.
