Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end dispatch operations for luxury fashion products, including designer wear, sarees, lehengas, jewellery, and accessories. • Ensure timely order processing, picking, packing, invoicing, and dispatch as per defined SLAs. • Manage dispatch operations for e-commerce, marketplaces, retail stores, B2B, and international orders. • Ensure 98.5% or above on-time dispatch performance across all sales channels. • Monitor daily order volumes, pending orders, order ageing, and SLA breaches. • Ensure same-day dispatch for express and priority orders wherever applicable. • Maintain premium packaging standards and ensure safe handling of high-value and delicate merchandise. • Ensure dispatch accuracy and prevent wrong-item dispatches, product damage, and missing accessories. • Manage marketplace dispatch operations for Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Nykaa, Shopify, and other platforms. • Ensure timely generation of invoices, shipping labels, AWBs, manifests, and shipment documentation. • Coordinate with courier partners for timely vehicle reporting, shipment pickup, and handover. • Plan manpower allocation and daily workload based on order volumes and business priorities. • Monitor team productivity, attendance, overtime, and individual performance. • Lead, train, and supervise dispatch executives, pickers, packers, and warehouse associates. • Ensure proper system updates in WMS, OMS, ERP, Vinculum, Ginesys, and other operational platforms. • Coordinate with inventory, merchandising, quality control, customer service, and marketplace teams to resolve operational issues. • Identify and resolve stock mismatches, order allocation issues, and system-related dispatch delays. • Prepare daily MIS reports covering dispatch volumes, SLA adherence, pending orders, productivity, and shipment exceptions. • Monitor dispatch costs, packaging consumption, and manpower productivity to improve operational efficiency. • Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety standards, audit requirements, and inventory control processes. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce dispatch TAT, order errors, and operational costs. • Manage peak-season and promotional sale dispatch planning to meet increased order volumes. • Coordinate reverse logistics and returns-related activities wherever required.
