Job Description We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in Imperial, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our organization, ensuring that every package reaches our customers safely, on time, and with a smile. This role offers the perfect opportunity to work independently while being part of a supportive and collaborative team that values efficiency, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver packages and products to customers throughout the Imperial area • Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service while minimizing fuel consumption • Load, unload, and transport packages with care, maintaining accurate inventory records • Provide friendly and professional customer interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving delivery-related concerns • Maintain detailed delivery logs and documentation, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all transactions • Perform vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly • Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practices • Communicate proactively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or obstacles • Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate concerns when necessary • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times Qualifications • Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license • Minimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old; 1 year of driving history if 19 years or older • Access to an insured vehicle that meets company standards for delivery purposes • Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, meeting company-specific safety standards • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Ability to lift, carry, and safely handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly • Physical stamina and capability to work in various weather conditions • Attention to detail with a commitment to accurate and complete deliveries • Problem-solving skills and ability to navigate unfamiliar routes independently • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional demeanor • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed • Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery Additional Information MBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
