Job Details: Level: Entry, Job Location: Cedartown Campus - Cedartown, GA, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: None, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Day, RESPONSIBILITIES Perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, preventive and productive maintenance systems and processes. Able to perform plumbing, painting, grounds keeping, landscaping, carpentry, installation, receiving, and vehicle maintenance. Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during use. Performs regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities. Performs mechanical duties including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting and repair of equipment. Detects faulty operations, defective material and reports those and any unusual or unsafe conditions to proper supervision.   QUALIFICATIONS Two (2) years of verifiable experience in facilities maintenance and/or construction with general knowledge of auto and small engine maintenance and repair, plumbing and electrical, painting, general carpentry work and repair, swimming pool maintenance, lawn machinery and equipment. Knowledge of a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment. High school diploma/GED; Associate degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance preferred. One (1) years of Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) experience is a preferred. Completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and maintenance experience. : High School Diploma or GED. Excellent communication, both verbally and in writing, in English required Must be at least 21 years of age and have a current/valid driver’s license.
