Establishes and maintains positive relationships with patients and their families. • Provides family members with information about patient condition and plan of care. • Promotes a positive patient experience by demonstrating caring behaviors, maintaining clear communication, and collaborating with the care team to provide safe, timely, and effective whole person care. • Follows hospital policies and procedures, making ethical decisions based on consent and confidentiality. • Collaborates with nursing staff and attending physicians in establishing patient admission and discharge processes. • Ensures compliance with healthcare admission policies and regulations. Maintains a safe and clean environment for patients. • Manages all aspects of patient admission and discharge processes. • Prepares, completes, and registers patient admissions. • Other duties as assigned.
