Partner across HR, Legal, and business groups to align immigration support with workforce planning and global talent needs. Translate complex immigration requirements into clear, sustainable guidance for employees, managers, and other stakeholders. Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in U.S. employment-based immigration experience OR equivalent experience OR Paralegal Certification that meets the requirements for the location of work AND 5+ years experience in U.S. employment-based immigration experience OR equivalent experience. Experience across nonimmigrant and immigrant visa types in a high-volume corporate immigration program or business immigration law practice. 7+ years of U.S. employment-based immigration experience across the full suite of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa types: H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, I-140/AOS, EAD, etc. Experience leading process improvement, compliance, or technology-enabled projects from planning through implementation. Experience mentoring, training, or serving as a key resource for colleagues.
