What You'll Be Doing • Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites on schedule. • Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and routine vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation. • Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel to coordinate deliveries. • Accurately complete delivery documentation and maintain required records. • Promote a culture of safety while providing exceptional customer service and representing the company professionally. What Are We Looking For • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and ability to maintain a safe driving record. • Demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance, and responsible vehicle operation. • Ability to operate equipment efficiently and perform routine vehicle inspections. • Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional attitude. • Ability to work independently, adapt to changing schedules, and perform physical job duties as required. Conditions of Employment • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
