## Standard Job Description Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems. ## Basic Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a STEM related discipline * Demonstrated experience utilizing MATLAB for engineering analyses, process modeling, and/or simulations * Basic knowledge & understanding of engineering systems, e.g., electrical or mechanical assemblies * Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance, thus requiring US Citizenship ## Desired Skills * Strong MATLAB skills, developed and applied in both academic and professional projects * Strong experience working in other programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, R, SQL, etc.) * Experience, understanding, and application of data visualization, modeling, probabilistic & statistical assessments, and information systems (e.g., Tableau, etc.) * Experience integrating with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, etc.) * Demonstrated ability of working on a teamBasic experience of project and/or process management skills * Basic presentation, oral and written skills to facilitate effective and efficient technical and business interchanges with management and customers * Organization and prioritization skills, including the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple competing priorities * Strong interpersonal skills to build & maintain long-lasting relationship * Active Top Secret security clearance Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $65500.00 - $121700.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
