Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring an AAC Specialist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Corvallis, OR area. Why Join Us • Competitive pay ($55-65/hour) • W-2 employment with liability insurance included • Healthcare benefits* + 401(k) with company match • Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses • Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses • Mentorship and ongoing support from school-based professionals What You'll Do • Provide AAC services in the school setting • Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports • Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams • Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills • Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed • What We're Looking For • Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology • Active Oregon SLP License • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
