Full description

Job Description: Clearwater Analytics is looking for an Enterprise Sales Leader to grow our Enfusion customer base. You’ll expand relationships with existing hedge funds and other sophisticated investment managers by selling additional Enfusion capabilities, along with Clearwater’s managed services, risk solutions, and client reporting. This is a quota-carrying role that owns the full expansion sales cycle, from identifying the opportunity to signed contract, with senior decision-makers including CIOs, COOs, CFOs, and heads of technology and operations. What You’ll Do • Own your number: Deliver and exceed annual SaaS sales targets for a defined book of existing customers. • Build the plan: Develop and execute account-based growth strategies that uncover expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities across your customer base. • Lead the sale: Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including MEDDICC qualification, executive presentations, business case and ROI development, proposals, and contract negotiation. • Sell Enfusion with confidence: Position additional Enfusion capabilities and the broader Clearwater suite where they fit each client’s evolving needs. • Understand your customers: Learn how each client uses our platform today, along with their technology stack, buying process, and stakeholders (org chart and power base), so you can spot opportunities and approach them the way they buy. • Bring in the right experts: Validate solution fit against the client’s needs and engage client success, pre-sales, solutions consulting, product, and other internal teams to move deals forward. • Forecast accurately: Track, update, and forecast expansion revenue in Salesforce, and build a pipeline that supports quarterly and annual attainment. • Stay sharp on the market: Keep current on industry trends, buyer priorities, competitor offerings, and the broader Clearwater solutions suite. • Be a trusted advisor: Deepen long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders, becoming a partner who understands their business and helps them grow with Clearwater. What You’ll Need • Complex enterprise SaaS sales experience in FinTech, ideally selling front, middle, or back-office solutions to hedge funds, asset managers, or other buy-side firms • Experience growing existing customer relationships through expansion, cross-sell, or upsell in an enterprise software environment • Experience selling trading, portfolio management, or investment accounting platforms (OEMS, PMS, or similar) strongly preferred • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles • Strong investment industry knowledge and an existing network of buy-side relationships • A consultative, challenger-style approach, with the ability to uncover needs, build a business case, and tailor your message to each buyer • Proven pipeline and forecast discipline from initial opportunity through close • The ability to build and maintain strategic relationships at the CxO level • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • A collaborative, humble, hungry mindset and comfort working across teams • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field Salary Range $88,800.00 - $115,200.00 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, and medical leave, STD/LTD insurance benefits. Clearwater Analytics is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status, age or any other federally protected class.
