Roles and Responsibilities: Create shipping and loading schedules for night crew picking and shipping operations. Create picks for builders and loading schedules for loaders and assist when help is needed. Generate all paperwork and complete driver packages to be ready for dispatching of loads.  Schedule orders for pickup at outside cold storage by both Harris trucks and outside carriers. Update various Excel spreadsheets for management analysis. Answer phones and assist other department requests as needed. Other duties as required.     Qualifications: Qualifications and Skills Needed: Strong computer skills needed.  Will require working with Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, Paycom and other in-house Warehouse Management Systems. Interpersonal skills a must – will work closely with Sales Department, Export Department, and other production departments in the facility. Ability to work independently and report Schedule: Sunday thru Thursday 2:00PM – 10:30PM May require some overtime. May require temporary schedule changes to accommodate other clerk’s vacation or sick days.
